4. PRIZE(S): A ILMO Products merchandise giveaway is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prize(s) are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).

5. GENERAL: Non-compliance with Official Rules may result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate winner may be chosen at our discretion.
