ILMO Products Acquires Helena Chemical Companies Propane Division

ILMO Products Company announced that it has completed the acquisition of propane assets of Helena Chemical Company – Meredosia, IL. This acquisition expands ILMO Propane’s current Western Illinois service area while improving the options consumers located in that region currently receive. The propane tanks that Helena owned are now owned by ILMO Propane. If a customer is leasing a tank(s), ILMO Propane has sent or will be sending new lease agreements over the next couple months.
